Refund Process

After we inspect the jewelry upon its return, we will refund the deposit after deducting the rental charges. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition.

 

Handling & Care

Handle Carefully: Please handle the jewelry with care. Avoid exposing it to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Cleaning: Use a soft cloth to gently clean the jewelry before returning it.

No Repairs: Do not attempt any repairs or modifications to the rented jewelry.

Damage or Loss: Any damage or loss of the jewelry will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Additional charges may apply for repair or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage or loss.

 

Return Process

Packaging: Ensure that the jewelry is returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Booking Requirement: Please ensure that all bookings are made at least 35 days before your event.
